HR Systems, Analytics & Benefits Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Compensation, Benefits & HR Analysis, you will play a key role in supporting Transdev’s people strategy through HR analytics, systems optimization, total rewards administration, and process improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee payroll, benefits and retirement savings plan administration, including employee enrollments, vendor coordination, renewals, and ongoing governance activities
- Extract, clean, and structure data from HR systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and recurring reports on key workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, compensation trends, workforce demographics)
- Monitor benefits and retirement plan performance, including reviewing fund returns, plan utilization trends, benchmarking, and recommending improvements where appropriate
- Lead or support HR-related projects, including HRIS enhancements, system implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives
- Support the execution of the annual compensation review process, including data consolidation, validation, analysis, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI tools, and advanced analytics to improve HR processes, streamline reporting, enhance data quality, and generate actionable workforce insights
- Draft processes and policies for all matters related to HR Systems.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support for strategic HR initiatives, including organizational design, compensation analysis, and talent planning.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant internships or academic projects in analytics are considered strong assets
- Strong interest in working with data and numbers, with a high level of curiosity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools is an asset
- Comfort working with data systems; experience with HRIS tools (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone) is an asset
- Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and communicate effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset

- Office in Brossard, QC (Du Quartier REM station)
- Minimum 4-days in-office presence
